No, that whole thing made me made and then from the datalogs I sent him he thought everything looked fine, ok so why did I loose 7hp?

I was wondering if I could email him and ask for the stock tune with the CEL off and the Rev limiter done... I wonder if he would do it without asking questions cause I dont want to tell him that his tune pissed me off.

Well depending on the dealership they mount the GM bracket already. That is why I purchased my car in WV. I was looking at dealers in MD but they had the bracket already in place and I said I don't want/need the bracket and they said it is just easier becasue all cars in that state need front plates.
