all the water in the world doesn't help...lol... It was part of my own personal training... I was going to the academy to become a police officer. Tryin to get use to it before I went. But theres no getting use to it.

Damn, I got hit by accident. I was driving and my dumbA$$ girlfriend at the time pulled the pepper spray out of the console, and said, "whats this" then SPRAYS IT IN MY FACE!!! ON the Highway! In traffic! I was blinded. Somehow I got the car pulled over without hitting anyone, and I commenced cussing. I was pissed!

We have to run and then fight what all LEO's know as REDMAN. It's basically another Agent that is in a big red foam suit. This apparently opens up your sweat gland so that more absorbs. Once your tired and sweaty, the instructor will spray you, then you have to punch the REDMAN again(while your buddies are hitting you with foam batons and strike pads) then you run a little where someone tries to take your gun away from you and you fight them, then you go and run to another part where you basically have to lay on your back and ground fight other agents as they try to take your gun. You stand in front of a PVC pipe with holes in it and pray it goes away. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER... lean your body AWAY from your head when you get home to shower. If you think it burns your eyes...
