I like the GTR but I would have to take the good ole American made ZR1.

All you have to do is take one look at the GTR styling, and you don't even care how fast it is. It looks like an '80s supra on steroids! I wouldn't buy one of those for the same reason I wouldn't wear white and black wingtip shoes. FUGLY! It could be an awesome car, but Rosey O'donald could probably have been a hot chick too!

ZR1 for me. The GTR is an awesome car but like most men, I don't like reading how-to instructions on how to operate something.

Theres a GT-R here at our work garage. looks pretty sick. And like others have said, only an enthusiast will recognize a ZR1 vs Z06 or GS. I too wish there were more changes to the ZR1 design but i'd still pick it over the GT-R.

My friend had 2009 gtr and I was planning to buy it from him, so he let me test it for two days. So much fun when you drive it hard but I hate it so much as daily driver. Everything produce noise. Engine, transmession, mufflers and even the a/c vents whistle. My ears thank me whenever I turn it off. On the other hand the zr1 is not that noisy as the gtr and also better looking.
