Honestly I don't know, its different with women. Weight doesn't matter all that much if the muscle is toned.

well, I think I'm gonna call it a night.... 6am comes too early..... can't wait til wednesday... I don't have to go to work til 12! Same goes for Friday..... and friday is payday, I might blow my paycheck before I actually get to work friday
