it takes alot to drown and 9 out 10 you drown yourself by panicing

right after high school, i started to just run and lift weights like you are doing now, and i went from 230 to 180 within 6 months. i'm going to go back to that, and see how i do. just have a bunch of stuff going on right now.

I can swim. I just don't like when I can't see the bottom. I will go to the pool but I don't get excited about it.
