A lot of the LP guys answer those questions from an LP perspective. I had a guy who worked for me for 5 years that scored red.

Its basically a logic test that a lot of companies use to determine if you are a viable job applicant. If you answer the questions like a dumb ass they weed out your application.

Green: Means your a good applicant and you probably only need one interview.
Yellow: Means your a so-so applicant and need several interviews to see if you are viable.
