When I was in Egypt I was lifting 315 and then I came home and go lazy and fat.

Problem for me was that I was having some joint problems at that weight so I ran myself down to 180 over the course of two years. I still lift 250 pretty easily so I'm thinking maybe going up to 190-195 again.
