I didnt have to "fix" anything, just still working on finishing things they couldnt afford to do. I talked to the neighbor, he said they were in over their head when they bought the lot, then they started to build the house and just got in too deep.

not saying I'd want to "fix" something up, but if it saved some dough.... I could deal with it. I don't need much, heck.... just give me a 2 car garage with room for a sleeping back and a garden hose.... and a pine tree out back

My wife gives me ten tons of grief about it. I have met tons of people off here and we all hang out a lot... ppl from PA, WV, KY, TN... we have a pretty broad area and our events usually turn out really good. Well my wife always says to me that she can't figure out why anyone wants to go to the things I set up becuase I am such an asshole. I usually preface meeting people by saying I am not nearly as big a jerk as I seem on line.
