This is only a guess. The "lalia" part somehow, to me, evokes the notion of tongues/languages.

I'd say it means the "phenomenon" of "speaking in tongues" as is to be seen in Pentecostal churches. Am I close?

Since I knew that I would not be able to answer correctly for this word, I went to look it up.

The word "sphallolalia" does not appear in my old Webster's dictionary, the online Merriam Webster dictionary, the online Oxford dictionary, or Dictionary.com.

The only appearance that I was able to find was the distinguished "wordnik.com", "wictionary.com", and a community dictionary. Is this truly a word or just a made up urban term that is not formally recognized?

And yes, I have a definition from the above "not as reputable" sites, though the definition is not so graphic, Ivas. I'd still suggest a re-snap word.

It seems to me that one or two participants are failing to follow the spirit of the game which is to rely entirely on one's own mental faculties and resources. Neither in solving the problem of definition NOR in selecting the next word are we to look up anything at all; we are to be TOTALLY reliant on ourselves.

That said, and it was only words to the wise here, let us continue.

The word doesn't refer to any body parts in particular.
As far as online dictionary...I don't know who has it or doesn't, they aren't used in this game, so I thought.

The word means being flirtatious and getting no where with it. You see this all the time in movies...Hitch, Crazy Supid Love, just to name a few.
