As always. On a side note, I just got home from the hardware store and got a dyson fan. This thing is so interesting, I'm gonna try to figure out how it works.

Yeah, that one. My parents got it, and yeah it was stupid expensive. Now I'm gonna mess with it and try to figure out exactly how it works, cause I'm intrigued. The mechanical engineer in me is just itching to find out. I can tell it uses inducement and entrainment, but my suspicions are that it sucks in most of the air from its base and not surrounding the circle. So far, I've stuck my head in it while it was working. I'm still alive.

Look up how a turbine jet engine works. Same principle concept.

I can tell it's the same principle concept, I'm pretty sure there's inducement and entrainment inolved. However, I feel like the small vent holes at the bottom of the fan are what sucks in air instead of them advertising "Air Multiplying", with the little holes in the top circle. I'm about to get at it with a screwdriver.
