Damn, that's way too high. I think my is only like 15%-20%. Probably should be 30-40% tops.

Glad you agree. I am willing to take a step back and live at home with the folks so I can get back on my feet.

Some times that's what it takes. I moved out here with no job and rented from my half brother until I got things up and running. Its nice to have that family cushion for back up.

For sure, especially as a salaried HR Manager. At Sears we paid our HR managers 32 to 40k to start.
