I worked with my retail company for 10 years. I started part time and then I went full time about 5 years ago. I know there is no money in retail but it pays more than working at Burger King for 10 years. I can still take college classes and climb up the ladder

Anything over $40 is a rip off. My price has been grand fathered in but you can always negotiate down.

Retail only pays if you get to a manager level or even better district level..

I use to belong to Snap Fitness but then the place starting going to hell. 50% of the trendmills were busted, owner never shoveled the snow off the sidewalks. So I signed up to Anytime in January. The fitness trainer tried talking me to spending $500 a month for my own personal fitness trainer He was a idiot anyway he told me next time I need to focus on my health instead of buying a new camaro:(

That's why I need to start taking classes for retail management I get my bills paid each month but it would be ALOT nicer to see salary pay

I used to charge my friends only $100 a month to train them at the gym. Most of those personal trainers don't even know what their talking about. Too much steroid use among that crowd.

Its not that hard you just need to start applying for those positions. Don't be afraid to leave that company you've been with for 10 years. If they ain't going to give you a pension after 20 years, why stay?

Most personal trainers treat working out like a drill instruction class. If you go 0 to 150 in session people quit. Proper training starts out with the basics of weight lifting techniques, cardio and proper nutrition. You aren't even supposed to try heavy until you got those two things down right.

Most companies put road blocks up for their own employees to advance. Its actually easier to advance if you switch companies every 3 to 5 years.
