Unless its prescription stuff it probably won't help if its a kidney.

It always found it helpful to go do some running with minor leg/foot injuries. If it starts to feel better its usually just a muscle strain rather than a joint problem. I was worried because I felt a pop in my heel last Tuesday on the calf press. So much for stacking the damn weights.
