it's like playing the lottery, the more tickets you buy, the better chance you you have on making it big... If just one kid becomes a famous actor or athlete, the parents can retire in style....

kidding... But seriously, they can do what they want if they have the money for it and the children aren't being raised to be a drain on society. My guess is that the older kids parent the younger kids...

Would I do it, even if I was a millionare? NO! But if that's what makes them happy, then fine... I just can't believe that they're so devout about it that they're going to have to break mom first (no more eggs, uterine failure, etc) before the dad "spills any seed" I hope the mom doesn't die as the pregnancies get more complicated with age...

I have twins so not only is that number doubled for me but I have to buy the EXACT same thing for both so I guess mine is quadrupled yea shouldve bought a house on the beach w a lambo instead....j/k

The Duggars can do what they want. They have the means to have that many and I have watched their show b4 & their kids r very well mannered. More then I can say about my crazy ass pregnant neighbor that cant control her one kid and has a convict living w her. I say go for it, lets c how many kids she can pop out, lol.

My mom came from a family of 12, and she said it wasn't to bad at the house hold. Everyone had their thing to do for helping out.
Now my poor grandmother was either doing a lot of baking of bread or laundry. She was pretty worn out most days.

No that would be a ketchup sandwich, when I was little my babysitters kid ate those, they had him convinced it was good and he loved em.

[Course id sometimes make one with just a thin layer of mirclewhip ]

Other cheap lazy parent trick I seen was convincing their kids that eating food cold from a can was a treat.
