Every raise I've gotten has been $1 so far and they are doing them every 6months for me to get me to the right pay level because I came from a branch so I have to be bumped up, they just can't give me ops pay which is RETARDED!

I can deal. I waited tables for 10 years, 6 days a week and had to work every weekend/night.

Then my next job I work 9-9, working every other weekend.

This job Mon-Fri 0830-1730. I make the least amount of money compared to the last two jobs.

I might as well be on Salary because he gives me 40 hours per week and I'm only here 35... 8:30-5 Monday thru friday and he lets me leave early most Fridays and days like yesterday when he just didn't want to be here.
