Good grief y'all pay a lot! I paid $900 a month for a condo in Fort Myers Beach with two bedrooms and a lanai (patio) which I thought was crazy.

Here in AR when I had an apartment it was $450 a month for two bedrooms, fully furnished with leather and mahogany, hardwood floors and a balcony on a golf course (with free access to the course).

Wow. that's crazy... I'm so glad I own my own home. That's why it's hard for me to move even if I wanted to-- I live on my family's 60-acre ranch and don't pay rent or anything, the place is paid off, my Dad is giving me the place because I take care of it for them.
