I guess in theory, it becomes light earlier in the morning. I've heard stories of people who wake up between 6AM and 7AM. However, I can not confirm. I know not who they are. I normally go to bed between those times, and don't wake up until afternoon. I have yet to learn the secret of how others can get by on less than 1 hour of sleep a day. If anyone should know, please tell me. I am not a crackpot.

I usually work afternoon/nights...... got an odd occasion I gotta go in at 10am tomorrow(today)...... YUCK!
