Sounds like a head hunter to me. They are actually worth every penny. They find you jobs, work incentives in for you, gets you raises at the 6mo mark. Things people don't think about

well, I forgot to grease one of the pans.... so it stuck and burnt a bit.... still really good. Its basically a grilled cheese with scrambled eggs and bacon.
