Yeah, my plan is to drop insanity for now, keep up with my running but change it to every other day instead of every day, do swimming on days I don't run, and do a ton of tricep, back, and ab work. I don't need to drop weight anymore, so that's a good thing, although I want to get to 185.

That sounds good. Maybe post in the weightloss thread for some ideas too. Or you could do like a trainer consultation at your local gym and they can give you a good list of stuff to do too.

I don't feel like talking to the trainers....
I had them test my body fat last week and they said I was at 19.8%
They use one of those hand held machines and they are way off on accuracy. So I got confident in thinking I was fine as far as body fat..... Part of the reason why I am beyond pissed.

Never trust the hand held ones. My personally best was 223 lbs at 7% BF. The hand held one at my gym would say i was over 26%!!!

Dieting is the key secret to keeping my BF down.

When I go hard, I see a nutritionist though also.

Make sure your carbs are early, fat calories are below 20% of your food intake, and you get plenty of nutrient after your workouts.



You'll see that BF % decline.
