well, just make sure you state that you have X amount of years in administrative work, as well as your other duties.

So I worked as a tech for a community service group but it ws all emails, calls, sorting, building spread sheets and maintaing the website. I have been saying tech but should I be saying office assistant even though i wasn't in an office?

Are you describing the job duties? You don't want to lie about your title. When someone calls for a reference they are allowed to say:

Your Title
How much you made/make
Your Dates
and are you eligable for re-hire

They usually don't say what you did in that position. They just want to get the person off the phone.

It was a community service group for fitting a landfill. I worked for my mom. hahaha. but i had alot to do for real since she works so much.

yes, you don't have to be in an office to do administrative work. So include that, and take out tech. or leave tech and add that time to your administrative work. What exactly did you do to be labeled a "tech"? all that stuff sounds like administrative stuff to me.
