More controversy will be needed to change it. So I'm all for Bama and LSU in that game.

Who's to say that those 2 are vastly superior to OSU, or Stanford, or any of the other top teams this year? They haven't played them yet. They do look great but so do some other teams. You can't say definitively one way or the other.

The SEC as a whole is crap. BSU might not deserve a shot but they'd wreck the entire SEC East division. In the West Miss and MSU are garbage, Auburn is down, and Arkansas is overrated.

Again there's no way I take the loser of next week's game over a 1 loss Stanford, OU, OSU, or even Wisconsin.

Yeah most deff. When I seen that QB run right up the middle, I thought to myself oh hell here we go again!!

They seemed like they always do balls to wall the second half. I dont know why when there so full of energy the first half they cannot concentrate and stop people it looks like a electric football game and everyone is just running in circles!

A win is a win though we will take it and how ironic the OSU score was almost exactly the same and would have been the same if our kicker would quit thinking about soccer balls.

BTW, did you guys see/hear about the Texas Tech Game? How do you come off a dramatic upset of OU in Norman and follow it up with getting rolled by Iowa State in Lubbock?

For those of you familiar with the "fans" at TTU, check this out...

The Red Raiders had an announced crowd of 59,260 Saturday night. That's the largest crowd of the season for Texas Tech, and the largest crowd to see a Texas Tech-Iowa State game in Lubbock or Ames. With 11 minutes left, Texas Tech trailed 38-7 and the crowd had been reduced to less than 5,000.

Of course I'm largely just using what I see in the various games and, like everyone else, I judge it for myself as best as I can. Thing about it is those two teams just dont give up points. All the other teams at the top give up WAY more points.

Sure there's no way to be difinative but I'm just calling it the way I see it in my opinion.

I won't argue the point because it's all subjective. Just my opinion.

OU might get back in this thing though.

I fact, watching the games today I don't see much defense ANYWHERE in the top teams.

Problem is that wether or not there's a ton of offensiv etalent or not, the fact remains that LSU and Bama don't give it up.

Oh it's all subjective opinion when it comes to Division I college football! I wish there was a playoff to settle things but it is what it is, for now. The only thing good about the poll system is the friendly debate that comes with it.

Some more contenders drop back today. I bet OU is kicking themselves for not preparing well enough for TTU. They were shown to be a fluke today.

It was also a good day for Michigan. 3 way tie. Go Blue!
