Hey, I was at the block today. I had a doctor's appointment at the UCI medical center, which is literally right across the street from where those pictures were taken. Afterwards, I went and had a meal at the corner bakery.

While I was driving in the parking lot, i saw that Vans sign and thought to myself... lol the supras were here.

Not bad. Still really nice looking car after so many years.

The Supra, not a bad sports car at all. If they jumped back into the game with a new car that would be great comp for the Camaro and the rest of the sports cars.

I meant if you just used a normal muffler with a tip at the end of the piping. Sorry for not specifying.

I understand that this is the style with imports, like I stated previously. What I was saying was that it is ridiculous for someone to tell me that an obnoxiously huge tip that looks horrendously out of place (to me) is strictly for performance. It isn't. There are other options, that is just their preferred aesthetic.

I know what a muffler does. The last part of your post tells me I somehow failed in trying to establish my point. I'm not knocking anyone's visual opinions, just explaining my frustration with the people who think that the only way to put custom performance exhaust on an Asian import is to end in a Folger's can.

I don't get why so many people think supras are so lovely... i don't see anything in them. A shapely car, that was ahead of its time... but i got nothing.

I don't care if those supras can beat a Veyron That Coffee can exhaust is the Single Dumbest Invention of Humanity.

"Hey Greg you wanna turn make my Civic Really Loud And annoying!"

Wtf are they thinking?

I Do not Care if those supras have 900hp and smoke every car, their exhaust Annoys Everyone around them

I can't believe any one in there right mind would buy a Coffee can exhaust

Maybe, but a 5 inch coffee-can muffler has NO function in actually improving performance.

You could cut off half the exhaust, save 30 lbs, and use a 3 inch exhaust with a turn down on it...
