Condolences as well. Very sorry to hear. Lost both my parents in their 60's to cancer. You are so right life is short and have as much fun as you can.

Sorry for your loss Ruby. Lost my brother (59) this past july to cancer. Found out he had inoperable cancer in march and passed away in july. Again sorry for your loss.

It may be hump day, but it's Monday to me - I stayed home sick the past two days. Don't know where I picked this crud up, but it made me cough so hard I would throw up. Yuck. Starting to feel a bit better, at least well enough to go to work today. We'll see what kind of disaster faces me...

My condolences to you - Ruby Camaro. Cancer has no age in mind when it takes any of our loved ones. My mom passed away from ovarian cancer at 46 when I was just 15. Through my years of many tears from friends and family passing away, I too, try to live by the motto "Enjoy Today, as you don't know if you'll be here tomorrow." And my personal quote: "Enjoy the ride, but best enjoyed in a Camaro." This too shall pass but it does take a while.

I love the story about the old lady that was always helping people in need, and visiting the sick at the hospital, all the staff knew her well. Finally it was her turn, in the hospital terminally ill. When she heard the news she started praising God... The doctor said, "Honey, you don't understand, I just told you you're going to die." Glad you're feeling better... Good to know on the advil, I was taking 10 a day for a few days. I'll take it down to 6 till the soreness is gone, thankie

So, lightning wanted everyone to get together. A couple of ideas were tossed around. The hot rod power tour is traveling throug Oklahoma on the way to Texas in June next year, and then we have Cfest3 in Indy in august. Any thought?
