I am only 98% sold on them being a good team.
They did luck out playing Ohio St not at full strength.

I know right!...I heard that on the sports animal today. I thought holy crap I hope the team is not listening!

With Missouri leaving the BIG 12 I wonder what candidates are they looking at to fill these spots? Georaphical selections need to be priority I would think.

Well, if they want to be the next ACC or BigEast then they can go with SMU or Tulsa.

They better find someone good though.

I think Wisconsin recovers. MSU losing to NU would be huge for M.

As for LSU/Bama, I like LSU. I think their ball-hawking defense pulls out a close one. LSU/Stanford in the title game.

Yeah because the fan base is only going to travel so far, it may fun the first year but after that the fans will just stay home and watch it.

It is hard to watch nebraska playing in there division it just seems wierd

Can't be real big.

I think more logisticaly. Hell, I don't even know if they are Div.1 schools.

I wonder if Bacone College has a team.

West Virgina , Louisville and Notre Dame.

Louisville is a dam near lock if we want to make the move. Texas is trying to get ND

Notre Dame was in Austin just Yesterday speaking about the replacement for Texas A&M on Thanksgiving day. There spokesman loved what he saw in the facilities down in Austin and said they will take the 60 days given to think it out and see if independant is what they truely want anymore. Seems ND is listening to Deloss lol UT doesnt want to go independant even though we have the money to do so. It was expressed Dodds spoke of how you make more money in competing with a confrence and marketing.

ND listens on certain things now after UT passed them up for #1 merchandising sales 2 years ago.

You dont walk into a schools house like OU ( who never lose there ) and think they will show up pouting this week.

As we speak bobby stoops has his men begging for forgivness in practice they ruined his season that looked like a sure thing.


OU will bounce back. How many times have they lost a game and still won the Big12 and gone to a NC game ? The win at Florida state has more of a impact than tech.
OU needs to see if Tech can keep this up. How they finish shows how it reflects on OU.

You and I know The sooners are taking the tech loss a lot worse than we are taking the OSU/OU loss. We just want to get better than 5/7 this year now next year its a different story.

Sounds like West Virginia is going to the Big 12.

I was thinking of an intersting thing today about ESPN.......It seems that when ESPN does a special about a school that the school will usually stumble during the season...It happened to Alabama and now OU...Just thought that was strange. Not to mention last week they showed Wisnonsin's QB battle of preseason only to have them lose that very week.

It is getting ramped up here in Bama and the game is two weeks away....I can only imagine what Nov 5 will be like.....Hopefully both teams will come healthy and fully staffed and no one does anything stupid before this game to get suspended.

Alabama is a 4 point favorite right now....really don't see how......this game is pretty even on paper....but as they say that is why they play the games.
