Me and our anchor bowler split any money we make. Jackpot tickets, highgame and doubles. Maximizes our chance to win. We buy the same amount of tickets and it helps him out a lot. (even though he's the better bowler) If my number gets called and I strike, he get's half and viceversa. (spelling :P)

Me and Bonnie pay for his league fees. He's fun as hell to bowl with and me and Bonnie have had some shit luck over the years being partnered with people. Bowling leauge is a commitment and our normal freinds weren't interested. He gives us his winnings at the end of the year to pay us back. We won the league last year so he actually had money left over.

Totaly worth it to us to have a solid team-mate.

When my wife and I bowled in our mix double league our partners and us did the same thing. Split all jackpots, prize money etc. We bought the same amount of 50/50 tickets etc. When it came to who threw for strike bowl we decided based on who was throwing the best shot at the time. All worked out well.

Our league has a rule that you have to shoot your own shot. It's on eof those rules that is so unenforced that nobody cares.

dropped from 224 to 211 in 4 games, now 208 in 2 more games.

I have to get back to just throwing the ball and trust it.

Yeah it is your fault.........

No handicap until I drop below 200. It won't matter either way. I just want to shoot the best I can to see what I can do.

Thursday night wasn't so bad for me....691 with a 203 on the end. Bowled in my first tourney of the year (besides the Petersen in August) yesterday on a shot that was nearly as tough. I opened with a 208 and thought I was looking good to cash as the cut was below a 200 average after the first shift. Then I came back with a 150 with 3 splits and finished with a 180 and 190 (rounded numbers cause it really didn't matter anymore after the 150, lol). No cashola for me this week.

And PQ, if the ass-kissing doesn't work, a beer always will get you a few pointers!

It's all in good fun!

Hell, my average is dropping like a rock too. Seems to be a common theme.... we'll get them back up!

I've gotta sub 21 games back home before fall leagues end so I can get an average for this year... don't wanna have to use my summer league average.

698 tonight with a 279 start. Bucking my trend and staying with the Vertigo a few extra nights. Our team won 11 points the first two games with games of around 1120 and 1130 (scratch), before shooting 899 the last game and getting 2 points for the last game and totals....
