Nope. They chose to pay Braun. Prince is gone. You dot get that much of a boost from winning the series. The only reason the Phils gve spent more money this year and last year is because our GM convinced the 5 owners we had a solid plan to win and they gave him permission to spend more than er have historically. And it's paid off so far 200+ sell outs, top attendance in the league, concessions and merchandise sale try the roof.

Philly used to be Eagles green year roun but somehow the Phils managed to overtake them for the #1 team in the city.

Tigers win it all now.
