Yeah, I know, probably shouldn't have posted it on the internet either. Good thing I made it up to her by going to the zoo and going to a fancy restaurant afterwards. She completely forgot about my earlier comment

I wish I had known about that place while I was still traveling to Seattle regularly...

That’s because these and most Sizes / Health Scales don’t tell the whole truth. A lot of doctor’s and fitness gurus are still using old scales from “back in the day”… These outdated Sizes / Health Scales really know nothing about being healthy. At 6’1’, 315 lbs and 17% body fat I am considered “morbidly obese” and my ideal body weight is 189 lbs lol. So at 320 and 17% body fat I’m like 260 lbs of bone, organs and muscle and 55 lbs of fat… Could I stand to loose a few pounds yes but get down to 189 lbs, really lol…

Yes I know and when someone joins one of these diet plans, they only go by weight and do not recommend working out too much because muscle weighs more than fat! Its so stupid...... pics, inches, and the way your clothing fits should be the progress of your hard work....NOT THE SCALE!!! JMO, I think sizes have gone up in the last 15 yrs. I think if it were 15 years ago, I would wear a size 5 or 7.....

That's the most disgusting food photo I have ever seen. It looks like ten pounds of grilled fat...

Not a green bean fan.... I'm very picky on veggies. I like tomatoes, lettuce, carrots, potatoes, corn, pickles (not cucumbers) and asparagus-- that's it

The burger had salsa on it. Yes, that is a metric ton of bacon too.

Yes, it tasted fantastic.

Here's some more!

And, this one was amazing. It was called Turkey Dinner. It was a Churken (Turkey/Chicken) patty stuffed with stuffing, and topped with a cranberry sauce.

I love the fact that the milkshakes/ice cream are in graduated cylinders.
