Romo was Detroits MVP. Scored them two TD's at the most crucial time in the game.

I do think we need to use a draft pick and get another QB for down the road. I said this when SAM and COLT Came out. I love reading peoples post when it comes to DALLAS. Everyone hates Dallas so much lol its always negative hahahahahaha. imo sometimes it takes a good embarassment to open one's eyes. I doubt anyone in that lockerroom was smiling sunday. |

oh I hear you. It starts at a young age I remember back when I was in school ( 30 now ) everyone ( kids then now grown ups ) wore michigan jackets and North Carolina jackets because of the GREAT sucess then when they went down a few years the jackets changed lol I'm Sure in Michigan and NC Fans still back there teams but across the country Micheal Jordan and Chris webber and desmond howard pushed those teams not to mention merchandise. I'm with My Teams win or lose. But then I grew up in a household with a Father was is a Cleveland Browns Fan imo they are the best fans out there no matter how bad or good they get they are always pumping those fist barking at there team and sticking behind them. I'm a Cowboys fan til I die but will say modern NFL players are not like they were 10/15 years ago its all about EGO's and Celebrating. |

Of that I'm sure... My 2nd stepdad was from Jamestown, and most of my family is from Newburgh....so I do know all about NY sports..
I'm a lifelong Yankees fan, born and bred.... so I see both sides of it

You guys are too tough on Romo. The guy has been hurt. If it wasn't for him, I think the boys would not have nearly as much success as they've had in recent years. Look at the niners, fans were calling for Alex Smith's head for 4 - 5 years and now the same fans are praising him because the team is 3-1...success so far that do not have all to do with Alex but the fans always focus on the QB or Head Coach when things are bad or good. LOL

He's been there long enough to make a bigger difference. Tony Romo is as good as he'll ever be right now.
It's up to the coaches to put hiim in the right spots now. Never hurts to keep your ear open. And I still say that they are either overplaying his injury or they are just flat out stupid to be playing him. |

Cant say I ever heard that one. But rumors can always be started so feel free lol
You know everyone wants to praise Troy Aikman for all that he did for Dallas when he was our starting QB winning superbowls. One thing Aikman just like Emmitt Smith had was a offensive line that would take most any deffensive line on anyday of the week and wear them out. Bernie Kosar proved after suffering a many of years in Cleveland that with a Offensive Line even he could lift a team to victory ( 93 NFC championship Game Dallas vs Sanfran in Dallas ) Romo has made a few mistakes in his time trying to make something happen and fumble the ball. Tiki barber had a fumbling issue and by one change out how he held it he fixed that issue. Dallas offensive line is a hit and miss. Weather Tony is hurt or not the line isnt doing its job. FRustration is settling in and then after much frustration on offense offside penalties from his center or a stupid wild snap ( 16 so far this year ) from his center because ( the center ) Cant hear ![]() Then it happens INT. Tony is one who lets it get to him. Eli manning goes to the sidelines after a INT shakes it off and says Oh well. Only so many can do this. If Tony Romo had dallas Line from the 90's or if anyone did in todays Game it would be different. PLayers are different today. NFL is different today its all about who is going to Dance this week and who is going to make the headlines and bring on the gossip. I love NFL football and watch it every Sunday but this is why I love College. Kids playing and having fun and not being Greedy. ( diciplined ) Dallas has Rb's , Dallas Has Wr's , Dallas Has TE's and We have a Few Qb's but if you look at our penalties its always the Line doing something to hold things back. Most of yall dont watch a complete Dallas Game or any of it for a matter of a fact. If you saw what we Dallas fans saw and what Romo see's and what the rest of the team is seeing you would be pi$$ed why stupid things are hurting us. Coaching ( pull the center ) and other things are needed to get better. We used to have 2 coaches who were leaders. Now we dont have 1 One thing I can say Dallas lacks and thats a leader on the field. Romo isnt a Vocal leader and neither was Troy. We had a Leader a Vocal leader. Yes he was obnoxious to so many since he wouldnt shut up and made his life for what it is today by the things he chose to day away from football but when things needed to be said Micheal Irvin was there screaming. When everyone is doing there part and no stupid mistakes are happening constantly Tony has GREAT games. But when we have 6 wild snaps in a Game it starts. Then you the fans have fun with his Name and his past mistakes. I say its deserved when they make the $$$$ they do. PQ you are right when someone hates you then you are doing something right. Dallas has so much talent they just need to fine tune it. |
