Lightbulb what do you think about the new scion fr-s?

i just want every ones opinion on it. it could be a big hit if they give it a good amount of power...or it could be a big fail

I think Toyota should actually build it first instead of releasing concept after concept with various small design tweaks.

i would buy it if they put a v6 in it or a turbo 4 with the power of a v6 so 300 + hp and keep it reasonably priced with that look

Looks like an RX-8 and a 350z had a one night stand and this popped out 9 months later.

I kind of like it. Saw a report that said it might feature a 2.0L Boxer engine, the same that pushes 320 HP in the WRX STI.....

It's a small FR car that's going to be fun to drive.

I'm waiting for more info. I'd love a small 4 cyl rear wheel drive from GM too. =)

The sti's boxer is a 2.5l. They are using an entirely new subaru motor that hasn't been released yet. 2.0l, n/a, probably about 220hp. The car is going to be very lightweight, but I'm not impressed with their plans right now, it's more of an s2000 competitor. I find the Subaru BRZ (same platform) more intriguing. It is less dramatic in styling and supposedly there are plans for an STi model in the second model year.

i have to say i do like the shape of the car but since its a toyota and i vow to never own anything toyota besides a LFA, Most toyotas are boring bland mobiles no feel when u drive them and im hoping they to actualy put effort into it.
