Change of ranking...
I think Clemson and Alabama should be ranked above OUjust sayin'!
 Georgia Southern still #1 in the FCS...don't hate.  Just checked the AP poll on CBS Sportsline and low and behold....LSU still #1 and Alabama #2 with Clemson moving up to #8.

So, how close does everyone think the Red River Shootout is going to be?
I love my Longhorns, but I'm not going to smack talk on this game. OU has shown that their defense can be exploited, but so has Texas. I think this game could turn into a pretty high scoring affair. Thoughts?

They threw caramel popcorn, threw drinks, cups etc.....Remember this is the faculty section where there was kids and the people behind us had no respect. This lasted until the middle of the 4th qtr. The fans sitting close to us apologized and one of them finally went to get some law enforcement but by that time the damage was done. Florida, The Swamp, their students and fans are Classless. I guess the F doesn't stand for Florida. I know a few knuckleheads can make an entire group look bad and is not a reflection of the whole crowd but I know at Alabama Games it is not tolerated where I sit. If someone is liquored up and gets out of the way, then they are gone, throw something and go to jail. When we played Texas in the BCS, those people we very nice, even after the game, at the airport going home, stop in Dallas....all were extremely nice. Penn State Fans were great. The Greek Counsel had a fund raiser for the Tornando relief and presented it at half time......they chanted "F the bammers" Really? Really Florida is this how you really are?????  __________________________________________________ ______ Ok off my rant....Alabama looked good but played an out manned team.....Sure their backs are fast, and we got burned on one play, but after the first qtr they got 82 yards the rest of the game and Brantley played the second qtr. Florida is with a first year coach....Saban went 7-6 his first year at Bama....So Florida has some things to get done but they will under their coaches. Texas A&M...... ...Seriously 2 weeks in a row and you blow 18 point leads.I guess I might be in the minority but I still think OU is the best team....They get a test this weekend. Clemson.....all I can say is wow.  THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY what a joke. Nebraska  better get a QBShaping up to be a great college football year though.........

I understand that a few drunk college kids get rowdy and that is to be expected but this was a whole section of fans no just students. Texas folks were truly good to us in California, and on the trip home. They didn't make excuses and simply congratulated us .......and really that is what college footaball is about. The Florida people seemed like they were "Entitled" to something and that some how we were beneath them......and now that I think about it they acted the same way at the Georgia Dome when we played in '09....Just really rude people. Cornhole....Auburn has a good chance to beat Florida, especially since they do not have a QB now..... PQ....OU is dominate but play a different style of football. From the outside looking in they look like they just want to out score you and play tough defense when they have to. The funny thing is you think when you when a game and they are ranked that "Man we are on our way" only to find out 3 weeks later that that team was really just average. Auburn looked like they lucked out and finally Clemson took the luck away and now Clemson looks strong, Auburn beats a Top 10 team on the road. The RRR will tell alot and until A&M fell apart I thought that was going to be a good game.....Ok St still looks pretty good and Baylor finally ran out of time. One thing is for sure this year.....if you sleep on a team you WILL get beat this year.

Just want to shout out to my Wisconsin Badgers! (I am a 2010 Alum
) Great game on Saturday night and what a way to welcome Nebraska to the Big 10. It was good for the Badgers to give a nice beat-down to the Cornhuskers and let them know what Big 10 football is like. Perhaps a change at QB is needed because the way it looked to me, they had multiple running backs on the field and one of them was "trying" to pass the football...to no avail. Should be a good season for the Badgers and another BCS bowl bid Also, just want to point out that the great state of WI went 4 for 4 in sports this weekend, which many were calling the 'Biggest Sports Weekend in State History.' ~ One of the biggest games the Badgers have ever played as well as the returning Super Bowl champs playing, and let's not forget the NL Central Division Champs Brewers looking great in the postseason thusfar NCAAF: Badgers over Cornhuskers, 48-17 NFL: Packers over Bronco's, 49-23 MLB Playoffs: Brewers over Diamondbacks, 4-1 & 9-4 Also, the Milwaukee Marathon was this weekend.
