I really don't understand the gangsta accent and lingo either. Turn the "i'm a bad ass" music down and make sense of what you are saying. I was lost.
Use a more serious approach instead of a "im cool shit" approach to get your message across.
Personally, i don't think anyone listens to this type of talk. Most political leaders don't sit around showing whos more gangsta than the other. They use intelligent words and talk alittle more proper. Just my 2 cents bra.
Thank you very much for the feedback, much appreciated. Unfortunately the audience I am trying to target also motivate, my generation has a lack of understanding for more profound words. As sad as that is, it happens to be extremely true. :| I feel that the message will come across much more efficiently if I "keep it real" and come across clear to the audience. There are too many distractions these days; tv, games, drugs, food, violence... The feedback I have been getting is that if you have your shit together you find THN a bit silly... If you don't have your shit together witch is a large percentage of the young adults today than they see THN as something they can relate to and find comfort in. Once I earn their trust that's where people can take the "Gangsta lingo" and better them self for a better future.

I really appreciate the feedback guys please keep it coming, I love my camaro and I worked hard to get it... What motivated everyone to put in the long hours to acquire their CAMARO?!

In my opinion..I think that using brilliant language instead of uneducated language sounds more credible.
Maybe focus on getting the country to get smart and cultured from the gangsta lingo to a more respectable lingo should be a plus.
The world is full of uneducated people that can't even put a sentence together and maybe you can use that to promote self dignity and with it comes respect frrom everyone instead of your "hood". The older you get, the more you will see what I mean. I was there once as well. Got me no where but in trouble trying to earn respect from hoodlums instead of members of society.
But freedom of speech is what its all about. Do what you think your creative message would be and wish you the best. I just would rather prefer you educate on respect and honour for society as a whole cause we are shooting each other up and the po-po and gov't don't give a damn!!! Thats their way of population control against defunct members of society with nothing to add to it. Teach the bro's that violence is not the way and be who you are. Look in the mirror and respect yourself man. Promote that you can be a bad ass and still be respected with being a member of society. Trust me....it would go alot further than what your angle might be.

Assuming that you're in your 20s, I agree that our generation is hopeless and therefore there is no way either of us will get Social Security checks when we retire.

That being said, however, I would much rather sound and appear educated than talk like some "gangsta" out of the "'hood."

I'm 20 years old myself, and to me NO means i'm not trying hard enough... At the end of the day why would you want to put your self in a position that you depend on a social security check when you have 43+ years of work ahead of you... To make sure that only problem you have when you retire is if you want your camaro/corvette in 6speed or AUTO

I can respect that. Thank you again for the feedback!

My feedback (and I mean for this to be as constructive as possible)
  • If you're going to play music over your dialogue, record it on a separate track. Having a stereo on in the same room while you speak live drowns you out
  • your audio during the dialog is clipping.
  • The entire video is a monologue, and it seems like the whole focus of the show is how cool you are. This might work within your inner circle or your chick, but the the rest of the internet thinks, "who the **** is this c o c k y dbag?"
  • You're not famous, so there's no motivation for me to care about your opinions. You need to capture my attention. Go on location, have someone write a few jokes for you, interview people, etc. Just a few ideas.

Not to turn this into a social security debate ,but you young people need to wake and and realize that if your working they are taking it out of you. And if you don't get it when you retire then you just had it stolen from you. Is that what you want. If someone stole $20.00 from your wallet I bet you'd be upset. So why not get upset when your getting money robbed out of your pay every week that you'll never see. It's not social security anymore. It's just another tax.

Awesome feedback, other episodes that will be released weekly are at different locations and the sound issue will be addressed. Awesome ideas about capturing attention, il throw that in to the mix asap.

Thank you again, please keep feedback coming!

-Taxes seem to be one of the few things with a steady climb these days hehehe...

you can opt out of the SS system, as the majority of us were signed up when we were children, and thus its not a legal contract. [children are not bound to contract terms]

You can ask a federal judge to remove you and refund any cash paid into it.

You can then rejoin later if you wish.
