Well I didn't know for sure that he had dated that other girl until the day we broke up, I found it on his myspace which he left open on my computer. I'd always kinda expected. But there were other things that should have sent up flags along the way that he was a little self centered.

Not trying to say that there are a lot of "bad" males and not bad girls!!! I too had some "not so good" girls when I dated but you can tell right away if they are good or not and need to end it ASAP if they are not good!!!

Yeah, mine just charmed me over about a week, got me hooked, then dropped a bunch of bombs on me.

I guess it was the last breath of my motherly instincts, as I don't want kids and was born without the motherhood gene.

Nick-- at 22 I still don't think people are fully matured enough to handle a normal, functional relationship; your brain still actually isn't completely developed in the emotional areas, and you are still learning who YOU are. There are a few exceptions but this is just what I've seen.
