yes, it's scheduled for this weekend at my place in vegas. first we'll cruise the strip, go clubbin, get faded, then after party with bikini contest.

60 pounds in 6 months is pretty quick. I lost about 40 pounds from 210 when I stopped playing hockey after high school. I had myself at 185 with a goal of 195 but I ended up losing 8 pounds these last 8 months because I haven't been eating enough.

I never weighed over 200 all thru highschool. once I joined the military I started to bulk up a little more. I've always been toned and in shape. (never know how fast those zombies might be...lol) but once I got to Iraq and had a 24 hr chow hall available to me plus all the MRE's I could eat... I started packing on the pounds... plus my outrageous workout plan that me and a few friends cooked up.

we were on 6 days on, one day off schedules. your one day off was the one day a week you didnt work out

12-16hr work shift, 2pm to whenever


after work we'd work out till 6am regardless of what time we got off work. if we got off at midnight, we were in the gym till 6, if we got off at 530, we worked out for 30 minutes.

it was crazy. but I was stacked.


then I got back to the states and had to start paying for my own food again...lmao

I was the smallest offensive lineman on our high school team, at 230lbs. lol but i was also as fast as our fullback. so i played a little of that, and the pulling guard.

after high school, i lost 50lbs and was about 180. then i got a desk job after college, and it's downhill from there. but now that i'm also single again, i gotta hit the weights and cardio hard.

Most of the Army guys that have worked for me can barely walk after they get out because bulked up so much from the gym and free food. Usually they lose anywhere from 30 to 60 pound the first year.
