I saw the trailer for the remake today at the movies, now I want to watch it. It was one of my favorite 80s Sci-fi movies. Anything is better than watching Shia whatever his name is act like a tool for 2 hours. Anyway, Rotten Tomatoes has The Thing at 80% fresh and Transformers at 57%.

speaking of remakes, i heard on xm radio that they plan on remaking scarface again.
