Awesome. I'm much better at dealing with stress when I am regularly running. I took a few months off after our son was born he's almost 6 mos. old now... I put on about 15 pounds so I am getting my diet back on track and am back to running 4-5 times a week again. It sucks getting back into it but I usually feel better once I get back to it.

Stick with it. Good stuff.

running is the best single exercise you can do. and im not talking about jogging or trotting, im talking running. I need to get back to running the way I used to. with 60lbs of extra weight strapped on.

John Hall in Daytona has TONS of Vettes. Although, I wouldn't buy from that place if it was the last dealer on the planet. A small dealer in Western MD had a Jetstream Blue Z06 for $10,000 less than the same car at Hall. And that was just sticker. I am sure they would deal with you while Hall wants to mark theirs up even higher. Snakes.
