To the entire community:

I am shocked and saddened to say that DiecastXchange.com has apparently come to its end. This morning I was served with an 18 page lawsuit as well as a Cease and Desist Order that requires me to remove DX from the internet. I am sorry that I can't say more but my lawyer didn't even want me to post this. It has been an honor and privilege to be a part of this group and I deeply apologize that it has come to this.

I have until midnight to shut the server down.
