Donna, eating some chocolate (wait, did you say European chocolate? mmmmm)
isn't gong to hurt you in such a huge way. You have come a long way, I doubt you're going to let this destroy your hard work. Some sweets as a little treat is ok. We are all proud of you ! And know you can do it...even if we do crave some chocolate here and there.....

I just know when I start eating a little chocolate it snow balls into a more and more everyday and before I know it I have a super sized bag of m&m's at work with me and I can't keep my hands out of it..... lol

Hi all, I'm still here lol. Now that summer is ending and my schedule is somewhat normall I am back on my 4 day split as opposed to two 2 day whole body workouts.

Everyone is doing great, nobody can eat perfect all the time so for those who really put in the effort don't look at an ocassional treat as a slip up, look at it as a reward for all your hard work, just don't reward yourself to much lol.

Welcome back CFD!!! and yes the occasional cheat is a great reward when you've worked your a$$ off, I get to have 2 pieces of pizza on saturday!

Was a hurdle to get under 198 since my last post, but now at 190 and the new routine / diet has engaged the metabolism to ZL1 status

So about 61 pounds lost since the diet kicked in so far!
