The gym could have been a bad idea.. I feel worse again.

my mile slowed to a 7:45 =/ and I only manage to get 2.25mi in 20 mins.. I was hurting.

I managed to finish my lifting and such.. I don't feel like eating.. Only drank some water.

I suggest nothing but staying in bed and drinking lots of fluids. Water and OJ more than anything else.

oh i plan on sleeping a lot.
