oh well
If the SRT8 is supposed to go against the SS, then what is the R/T supposed to compete against?

and i agree the v6 blows but it's switching to a 5 speed auto instead of a 4speed (they are building 5 speeds now) and a new engine, hopefully next year we will have a shootoff with all 3 v6s and v8s all over again.
Admit it, the Challenger is a tank. The Camaro splits the difference in weight between it and the Mustang. Never the less, if you agree that the Challenger is a tank, I'll admit that if the Challenger is a tank, then the Mustang is a HMMWV and the Camaro is an APC.

BTW, whats the 3.5L phoenix supposed to put out for numbers?

no I agree it is a tank...and by stripped srt8, i meant without all the standard crap they make you pay for the price would be in the rt and ss range.

3.5 hopefull numbers is 300 plus..but most likely 280....and finally they are building the v6 with a 5 speed lol

How about slime (sublime) green for a retro color- very classic Mopar! But I wouldn't order it.

They are really discounting these Challengers now!

maybe.......the economy def. played a factor but i was also referring to the fact that a nicely equipped on is pricey(but most people want the big packages anyway) which gives them a nice car but the mileage leaves a lot to be desired THEN when teh economy hit it just got worse

the camaro has a leg up as far as those factors go so we'll have to wait and see
