The sad thing is this guy reminds me of my brother Ken. He sells supplements for a living and has his own store. He is a frequent visitor of Old Town Scottsdale Techno bars and drinks nothing American. Dude even does the Yeger Bomb thing.

Yea I have 6 hours of driving ahead of me Monday. I have zero friends back home now. At least zero who have free time. Stupid idiots all running off and getting married.

Seemed like they're all hitched. I think there is some sort of biological clock that tells them to get married around 30.

That house will do wonders, way more than a cool car or personality would. I would know, I was just kinda an average guy before I owned a house. After that the game changed.....

The garage is going to be a shrine to my ZL1.

Plans for garage:

Insulate and install drywall.
Install ceiling and access panel for storage
Waterproof said drywall, ceiling and floor
Install mechanic/showroom floor (black and white checkerboard)

In addition to everything else I'm going to do to the home.

Now is a good time to buy that's for sure. My house was in Scottsdale and lost about 300k out of its value during the real estate crash. My present to myself in getting rid of that house was my Camaro, I came out ahead on that one.

BTW if you have an extra room, female renters are a plus...
