Any response to his efforts is a reward, and reason to keep trying. If you want the dog to stop jumping on you, stop paying attention to it when it does. Eventually it will get it, and stop. You're ex is a douche and like others have said, he did it so he could push your buttons.

And you shouldn't have to change your cell number/email address anything. He should be an adult and recognize that you want nothing to do with him romantically.

Now I would say that maybe he was trying to stay friendly (some adults can actually remain cordial and friendly after dating) but given that he's actively bragging about his sexual stunts, I don't think that's the case. He's just being a d*ckbag.

And don't let it effect your self esteem. Just ignore him, pick your chin up and muscle on. You'll be a better person for it.

You sound like a good girl so I don't think you will have a problem finding a winner whenever you're ready to start looking out there again.
