So let me get this straight.... California is banning blacks?

GRRRRRRRRRR is history repeating itself LOL!!

This is ABSURD!!! This will prolly make 0.000000000000000000000000000000000000000001x10^-1000 % of a difference in air quality etc

Who's stupid idea was that then? Usually when news like this comes out its usually used as a diversion from something else

Not so, says a CARB spokesman: "We are by no means interested in banning or restricting car colors." For now, CARB is sticking with the reflective glass portion of the initiative, which would add a reflective clear coat to windows and $31-$50 to the price of a new car, and is taking public comments on the proposed new rules.

Arnold may be Governor, but the legislature is stilled filled with far left loons. When i lived there, with all the money spent, the streets were falling apart. It was like driving on a dirt road. I know a lot of people in the middle of the state that wish they could break away from L.A. and San Francisco. All their money is going elsewhere.

cars are like women, some are old, some are new, some get turned on easily some need a lot more help, some you just wanna drive into the river, some you can't wait to get inside of, some are expensive to maintain, some are low maintenance, however if you treat them right, you'll have her for the rest of your life.....
