My mom has very high cholestoral and she is a size 0, we eat very healthy at my house.

on a lighter note..i ran a 7:09 mile yesterday and a 15:48 2 mile.

Nope in a house.

Healthy means chicken breasts and salad and turkey, all wheat, ect.

its another NC soda. Used to could only find it in the western part.... but its spread east in the past few years.... freaking awesome!
