My place...

Used to be in the middle of nowhere. Now surrounded by a bunch of godawful subdivisions.

Honestly looking back when I was 21 to 24 I don't know how I pulled it off every day. Morning would start with the daily run, then the hour at the gym and finally the 40 hour work week or one three school days. I would go to bed at 9:30 PM and get up at 4:30 AM and repeat the same pattern every day. I know I'm in better shape than I was back then I just feel every bit of wear and tear a lot more as I approach 30. Honestly I really started noticing a difference after a broke my arm after a car hit me. Lots of heavy rehab was involved in that incident so half the time I think the fatigue I feel now is all in my head.

Same thing happened to Canton and West Bloom Townships in Michigan. When I lived in both they had well under 20k people, now both are approaching 100k a quarter century later.

Pooch loves lizards, good source of protein for him. Better than those nasty birds he used to pick off in the back yard.

Right?! I think alot of it is your mind. Hence alot of time I force myself to push through and usually I'll wake up.

When I really think about it all the pain and feelings of being tired were present back then, I just ignored them. So does that mean that I'm getting soft? As long as I don't tear another oblique muscle at the car wash I'll be fine, here's hoping?

Sorry just snagged that one as he was begging for scrambled eggs. He is a lab/basset hound mix. So picture a low riding/muscular lab and you have a good idea:
