Happy Birthday Jeff!:party0038:

Doc, so sorry my types of problems have become contagious.... I don't know how to fix your computer problems, but I do know how to deal with ill family members - LOVE and lots of it! Sounds like you already know that, though. Oh, and leaning on our old fart friends for support helps a lot. I'll be thinking of you and your family!

I took this pic last night at the Seahawks game - the sunset was so pretty, people were lined up along the railing taking pics with their phones. I had to join in!

Nice pic LBM!

Here is a little joke to lighten everyone's weekend -

A Minneapolis couple decided to go to Florida to thaw out during a particularly icy winter. They planned to stay at the same hotel where they spent their honeymoon 20 years earlier.

Because of hectic schedules, it was difficult to coordinate their travel schedules. So, the husband left Minnesota and flew to Florida on Thursday, With his wife flying down the following day.

The husband checked into the hotel. There was a computer in his room, so he decided to send an email to his wife. However, he accidentally left out one letter in her email address, and without realizing his error, sent the email.

Meanwhile, somewhere in Houston, a widow had just returned home from her husband's funeral. He was a minister who was called home to glory following a heart attack.

The widow decided to check her email expecting messages from relatives and friends.

After reading the first message, she screamed and fainted.
The widow's son rushed into the room, found his mother on the floor, and saw the computer screen which read:

To: My Loving Wife
Subject: I've Arrived
Date: October 16, 2004

I know you're surprised to hear from me. They have computers here now and you are allowed to send emails to your loved ones. I've just arrived and have been checked in. I see that everything has been prepared for your arrival tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing you then! Hope your journey is as uneventful as mine was.

P.S. Sure is freaking hot down here!

Hi Laditee!Nice to meet you!
I'm going to be 44 in a few weeks, so you're not the youngest here. We're not really OLD farts, but certainly old compared to the other parts of the forum where threads debate whether or not to drive the Camaro to college or high school... But we still know how to have fun!!!

+1. BTW, does anyone besides me wonder how students afford a Camaro? Granted, it's not a Lambo, but a Camaro isn't exactly cheap to own, operate, modify, maintain or insure...Just Curious is all...

Not always the case, but if living at home or on campus...
Free Rent
Free Electric
Free Sewer/Water
Free Phone
Free TV service
Free Internet
Free Groceries
Free Dental & Medical
Free use of Washer/Dryer
Plus beaucoup graduation $$ for down payment (and someone to co-sign).

I think even a McJob would cover car payment & insurance if that was the only living expense.

P.S. welcome to the thread laditee
