Good luck to you! I know you can do it!

Welp, I'm officially a part of team bombshell, http://www.bombshellfitness.com/ ....
Just made my meals and have all new weight training and cardio workouts, I'm so excited, I have all new goals and they will push me to where I need to be, I'm hoping to compete again in the spring!!! But its so nice I can just leave all those decisions about if I'm ready to them!

I wasn't part of this competition, but I knocked off 148 lbs.

working out M-F and eating very tight M-F (about 800-1000 cals a day) and whatever I wanted Sat and sun (like 6000-8000 cals a day).

been off a year now and I now work out 3 days a week, eat tight M-F and whatever I want weekends. Stay within a 10 lbs window!

2010 Camaro SS modified extensively. I stretched the body to make it a 4 door, but I swapped in the 3.6L DI V6 for fuel economy. Then I picked up a corvette body around the V8. I also swapped the body for a C2 Z28. (In short I traded it for three cars, a Corvette Z06r, a C2 Camaro Z28, and a Cadillac CTS Summer Performance package 3.6L DI with Aisin 6spd.)

Looks so good!

High Protein Chocolate & Pear Loaf

Here’s another high protein loaf recipe to play with. The juicy pears counteract the dryness of the protein powder to avoid a crumbly catastrophe, and as far as I’m concerned, you can’t go wrong with chocolate.

Ingredients
60g ground oats
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder (I like
Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein in Double Rich Chocolate)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
8g Splenda (about 1/3 cup) or Stevia to taste
2 tsp cinnamon
1 whole egg
300g unsweetened canned pears (drained)
1 tsp vinegar

Directions
Mash half the pears and beat in the egg. Thoroughly mix in dry ingredients and vinegar, then cut the remaining pear into chunks and fold in. Bake in greased/lined standard loaf tin for 40-50 minutes at 175 C.
Slice loaf into nine pieces.

Nutritional Info Per Serving (will vary depending on brand of protein powder)
Number of Servings: 9
■Calories: 73
■Protein: 4.2 g
■Total Fat: 1.7 g
■Total Carbs: 11.4 g
■Dietary Fiber: 2.1 g

that Team Bombshell is a rough group. I have applied twice to join them and denied both times. They said "I'm not right for 'their' group". That's profiling, and that's illegal!

I am getting ready to enter a new phase of my weight loss. I'm adding weight training to the aerobic dance class (LOL one of my C5 friends calls my line dance/exercize class my "Dance your azz off class"). I still need to lose a little more weight but need to build more muscle mass at this point. So to celebrate the new phase here are some pics. Who needs swimsuits to show off weight loss? How about a great pair of skinny jeans!

i was SUPPOSED to do this as a resolution..but a week after i started i was hospitalized and had a broken ankle.

well i was permitted to walk in may..then on august 1st i was permitted to full blown workouts and such.

well since the beginning of august until now. i'm down 15lbs and 1 inch off my waist.

planning on keeping it up into next year and beyond.
