Walmart in Oregon, ohio has been hacked for CC numbers.

I can prove it because no one has access my CC account, paypal keeps track of IPs and blocks if they change suddenly.
Also I had two cards on the same account. They would of had both cards numbers to use.

More proof, it happened at a Walmart in Florida, where I have never been,

Has to be an inside job.

No way someone would steal a CC number and use it from the same place they stole it,
unless they know the system and were able to pass it through without really having the card or signing.



Last purchase at oregon walmart was 8/18/11

8/22/11 someone spent $200 then tried to charge more which was block.

No cashier would let you do it over like that. And why paypal block it. Walmart has an internal security problem.



Paypal of course was great, if walmart tries to claim the $200 even after the dispute. It will only take 1 biz day and Paypal will refund my money.

Have you called Loss Prevention at the store? The LP guys are the people who handle the shoplifters and the employees who steal, I would know I'm a District LP Manager for another company.. If you get a hold of the LP Manager they might be able to look some video up for you. Either way file a charge back with your credit card company.

If you haven't already done so, please contact your Card Issuer right away. They will lock your account and issue you a new credit card. You want to do this to minimize your liability.

I think paypal sucks for all the fees they take from me to be 100% honest.
I have never had an issue with a cc, stolen or charge back when the proper information is provided everything was taken care of. I have seen people get ripped though through paypal though as all you need is proof of delivery.... broken , lump of coal doesn't matter, the are not that good at discerning a proper claim... been there done that... I use them because thats how a lot of people want to pay but that is the only reason.
