OK, the following song is dedicated to sister NoUCantYesICan cause we all understand that it requires different tactics for women to get things done (sometimes) than it does for men........

109? Yikes. It was 99 on my way home from work. It's prolly mid 90's now. (I'm still hurting a bit from the procedure but I can do the lawn, I think. This getting old stinks.)

Did you watch the music video I posted for Deb?

Must have lost ya. My Interstallar Overdrive is working well too I guess. Gonna go cut me some green stuff.

I got estimates from the vet today. $610 for just the biopsy, or $980 for the mass removal. I could spend only the $610 and find out it's too aggressive of a cancer to bother removing it, or, end up having to then spend another $980 to remove it after the biopsy... I think we'll just go for removal, and hope for the best.
He was just running around the back yard with a flat soccer ball in his mouth (yes, he popped it), acting like there's nothing wrong at all. That's a good sign, I guess...
The friend I took for Camaro therapy the other night had an interview for a job with the company I work for, and I found out today they're offering him the job! My referral bonus can help pay for Axel's surgery!

I think you're making the right decision....animals are not easy, if you treat them right! Best of luck, LBM.

Thank you Janice....
I just got off the phone with the vet - she's talking specialists and chemo. I can't afford that.... If the vet that did my Rottie's knee surgery can't get the whole tumor out, we'll go for doggie hospice. I love my fur kids, but I can't spend money that doesn't exist on them.... I will pray for the best, but prepare for the worst...

LBM, keep the faith. Molly, Jack, Max (and the 2 street urchins that occasionally wander in) and I are rooting for Axel and your family.
