Thats why you have to put your money in cd's and bonds. You could add stocks but the way the market is going haywire. I'd suggest wait till the election is over and we see some stability in the market.

I've got money in some fairly stable long-term stocks and a few CDs. Probably won't be able to invest much in the near future thanks to the new apartment.

Well we usually shop at Zales he is one of their "premium" or whatever customers but we just didn't find a set there we liked. Walked into Kay, first ring the girl showed me, it was love.

you saw the ring before hand? thats weak.

I took emily to go look at stones and she fell in love with each one following the previous one... but, apparently I have really good eyes for diamonds. took 7 trips to the jeweler and 47 stones before I found one that I couldnt spot an inclusion with the naked eye.

I laughed at the lady working there cus she kept trying to tell me that "oh, thats just a speck of dirt, I'll go clean it off" and I'd just say, ok...

and she'd bring it back and I would spot the inclusions again... she'd look at me dumbfounded and have to put it under the microscope to see the inclusions.

needless to say, I finally found one I liked. H in color (because it is in a gold setting and would absorb some of the color anyway), VVS1 in clarity, round brilliant cut/shape, and well, if BB wants to know the carat size I'll tell her.

but I'm picky, and I'm willing to pay a little more for quality
