Apparently, people in downtown Cincinnati felt the aftershocks. I was in class, a bit north of Cinci so I didn't get to experience it. Somehow, I always miss the earthquake tremors... but I imagine it's a startling surprise!

yeah, it was.... when I first heard it, I cold and thought I was shivering.... then I heard someone knocking at my door, except I opened the door and it kept knocking! My first thought was earthquake ironic enough, it was a 5.0 here.... lasted about 45 seconds or so.

Felt it here at the Jersey shore. The high-rise casino I work in was moving and shaking we got the heck out of there and headed towards our emergency area. The casino reopened shortly afterward, got to get all the money we can !!!!

UPDATE:

Researchers have discovered what caused the moderate earthquake near the east coast of the United States.......

It turns out that the bullsh*t in Washington D.C. has gotten so deep and heavy that it caused an inbalance in a faultline along the eastcoast, triggering the tremor!!!

Anyone else not think a 5.8 is a big deal? I remember when was I kid there was an earthquake about the same size centered somewhere in Pennsylvania, that barely made the news.

Obama was asked about the source of the earthquake.

He said, "it's Bush's fault."

Watching the reactions of the earthquake virgins getting their quake cherry popped is making my day. I guess the middle America can look eastward for the edge of the USA to crack off into a surfboard.

Here's some wreckage of the earthquake:
